What is the problem with the slow discharge of materials from the vibrating screen?
When vibrating screens handle materials on a daily basis, they may encounter slow discharging. The following situations and solutions are summarized for the reference of users:
1. Check whether the screen and the trash discharge port are level or too high. Generally, they should be about 5mm higher. The height of the discharge port is designed differently according to different material characteristics.
2. When the vibrating screen is working, check whether the screen surface or the discharge port is in a horizontal state. This is directly related to the screening effect of the equipment; if it is not horizontal, it must be adjusted in time. The vibrating screen produced by Hot Wheels Machinery All are equipped with supporting feet. Customers can adjust the feet to make the vibrating screen meet the horizontal requirements and lower it appropriately.
3. In addition to the above situation, the key point is to adjust the angle of the upper and lower eccentric blocks of the vibration motor. A smaller angle will cause the material to spread out faster, whereas a larger angle will make the material spread out more slowly. When changing the angle of the vibration motor eccentric block, it should be adjusted by about 5 degrees. If you have strict requirements for screening accuracy, the motor angle should not be too small, otherwise the material will spread out quickly, which is detrimental to the screening effect. Generally When the vibrating screen leaves the factory, the angle of the motor eccentric block is 45°.
