2. The finished sand output particle size is large
The main reason why the finished sand particle size processed by the marble sand making machine is too coarse is the looseness of the V-belt. At this time, the V-belt should be tightened in time; the wear of the marble internal screen sand making machine will also cause the marble finished particle size to be too large. At this time, the screen should be replaced in time, and the wear of the filter should be checked before each operation.
3. Bearing overheating
The marble sand making machine may have bearing overheating during operation. The main reason is lubrication. Check whether the lubrication is good and whether there are impurities in the bearing. If there are impurities, clean the bearing in time. Long-term wear can also cause bearing overheating. If the bearing is found to be worn, it should be repaired in time. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time.
