Operation specification of sand making machine

1. Before driving, check whether the observation door of the whirl chamber is tightly closed to prevent the sand and gravel from rushing out of the observation door of the whirl chamber, which may cause danger.
2. Check the rotation direction of the impeller. From the direction of the feeding port, the impeller should rotate counterclockwise, otherwise the motor wiring should be adjusted.
3. The starting sequence of sand making machine and conveying equipment is: discharge → sand making machine → feeding.
4. The sand making machine must be started with no load, and the material can be fed after the operation is normal. The shutdown sequence is the opposite of the startup sequence.
5. The feeding particles are strictly in accordance with the specified requirements, and materials larger than specified are prohibited from entering the sand making machine, otherwise, the impeller will be unbalanced and the impeller will be excessively worn, and the impeller channel and the central feeding pipe will be blocked, so that the sand making machine cannot be used. It works normally, and it should be eliminated in time if it is found that the feed is too large.
6. When the discharging equipment stops, the feeding should be stopped in time, otherwise, the impeller will be crushed and the motor will be burned.
7. The feeding should be uniform and continuous.
8. During the operation of the sand making machine, there should be no violent vibration and abnormal noise, otherwise, it should be stopped for inspection.
9. Lubrication of the machine: Use the required special grade of automotive grease, and the amount added is 1/2-2/3 of the bearing cavity. When the sand making machine works for each shift, add an appropriate amount of grease.
10. The tensioning force of the transmission triangular tape should be adjusted properly to ensure that the triangular tape is evenly stressed. When driven by two motors, the triangular tapes on both sides should be grouped and matched, so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible. It should be adjusted so that the current difference between the two motors does not exceed 15A.
