How to maintain sand making machine bearings, rotors, impact blocks, impellers and other components

1. Bearing
The shaft of the sand making equipment bears the full load of the machine. Regular lubrication directly affects the service life and operating speed of the equipment. Therefore, regular lubrication is required, and the injected lubricating oil must be clean and well sealed. It must be used in strict accordance with the lubricating oil in the instructions. standard.
The bearing is not smooth, which directly affects the service life and efficiency of the sand making machine. Therefore, we need to pay special attention when using it, and check and maintain it regularly. The general practice is as follows:
When the sand making machine works for about 400 hours, it is necessary to add lubricant to the bearings; it is calculated by running 10 hours a day and starting 20 days a month, which is about once every 2 months; if it is not used for a long time, be sure to start the machine first Lubricate the bearing of the sand making machine;
After running for 2000 hours, deash and clean the bearing; after conversion, if it has been used all the time, it can be cleaned once every six months (6 months);
After 7200 hours of operation, new bearings need to be replaced; those that are used frequently should be replaced every 3 years, and those that are not used frequently should be replaced every 4 years;
The bearing oil temperature is not easy to be too high. If it is summer, it is recommended that the continuous operation should not exceed 12 hours, and the machine can be shut down properly.

2. Rotor
The rotor is the part that drives the sand making machine to rotate at high speed. In production, the top, inner and lower edges of the rotor are prone to wear. Check whether the machine is running normally every day, and regularly check whether the transmission triangle belt is tightened. If it is too loose or too tight, it should be adjusted properly to ensure that the triangle belt should be grouped and matched, so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible. If the rotor is unbalanced during operation, vibration will occur and the rotor and rotor bearings will be worn.

3. Impact block
The impact block is the most severely worn part of the sand making machine during operation. The reason for the wear is also related to the unsuitable material selection of the impact block, unreasonable structural parameters or unsuitable material properties. The impact blocks corresponding to different types of sand making machines will also be different, so it is necessary to ensure that the sand making machines and impact blocks are matched with the corresponding models. Wear is also related to the hardness of the material. If the hardness of the material exceeds the bearing range of the sand making machine, the friction between the material and the impact block will increase, resulting in the wear of the impact block. In addition, the gap between the impact block and the impact plate should also be adjusted.

4. Impeller
The impeller is one of the important parts of the sand making machine, and it is also the most vulnerable part. Protecting the impeller and improving its stability can not only effectively improve the working efficiency of the sand making machine, but also prolong the service life of the sand making machine.

The rotation direction of the impeller device should be counterclockwise as viewed from the feed port, otherwise the motor wiring position should be adjusted; the feeding should be uniform and continuous, and the size of the river pebbles should be strictly in accordance with the equipment regulations. Unbalance, wear the impeller; stop feeding first when the machine is stopped, otherwise it will cause the impeller to be crushed and damage the impeller; it is also necessary to regularly check the wear of the impeller device, and replace the worn impeller in time to ensure the normal operation of the production.
