High pressure roller grinding machine is specially used for ore crushing. Due to the large crushing ratio of this equipment, it can replace the existing three crushing, fine crushing and coarse grinding operations in the crushing and grinding process, and can grind 30-60mm ore to less than 3mm, so that a large amount of tailings can be discarded before grinding, so that the grinding and beneficiation capacity of the system can be greatly improved. For the lean ore, extremely lean ore, and off-balance ore of iron ore mines, after being processed by the high pressure roller grinding machine, more than 50% of the tailings can be discarded before grinding, and the grade of the ore entering the mill can be greatly improved. The original grinding and beneficiation capacity has been increased by more than 100%, the power consumption of grinding has been greatly reduced, and the beneficiation cost has been greatly reduced. After the tailings are discarded before grinding by high pressure roller mill, the discarded tailings can be classified. The coarser tailings can be used as building stones or replace river sand, or directly sent to the waste rock dump, thereby reducing the content of fine tailings and extending the life of the tailings pond. In addition, due to the small wear, the unit wear is greatly reduced. At the same time, the noise and dust are small, which improves the working environment of workers and fully demonstrates its economic and social benefits.
