Sand washing machine construction sand has a wide range of uses. Sand is one of the main components of concrete and mortar. It is a bulk material for civil engineering. Sand is generally divided into two categories: natural sand and artificial sand. It is produced by natural conditions, mainly rock weathering. The formed rock particles with a particle size of less than 5mm are called natural sand. Artificial sand, namely machine-made sand and sand washing machine, refers to rocks with a particle size of less than 4.75mm that have been processed by soil removal, mechanically crushed, and screened. Particles, but does not include particles of soft rocks and weathered rocks. The specifications of sand are divided into three types: coarse, medium and fine according to the fineness modulus (an indicator of the thickness and type of natural sand particle size).
Sand washing machine coarse sand: fineness modulus is 3.7-3.1, average particle size is o. 5mm or more.
Sand in sand washing machine: fineness modulus is 3.0-2.3, average particle size is o. 5-0.35mm.
Sand washing machine fine sand: the fineness template is 2.2-1.6, and the average particle size is 0.35-0.25mm.
Extra fine sand for sand washing machine: fineness modulus is 1.5~0.7, average particle size is below 0.25mm.
The larger the fineness modulus, the coarser the sand. The fineness modulus of ordinary concrete sand ranges from 3.7 to 1.6. Medium sand is suitable, or coarse sand plus a small amount of fine sand, the ratio is 4:1.
The particle gradation of the sand in the sand washing machine refers to the matching ratio of sand size particles. If the sand is of the same thickness, the gaps will be large. If the sand of two particle sizes is matched, the gaps will be reduced. The sand of three particle sizes will be matched. The voids are smaller. It can be seen that the void ratio of sand depends on the matching degree of the particle sizes of the sand materials at all levels. The well-matched sand can not only save cement, but also improve the density and strength of concrete and mortar.
