When the discharge granularity does not meet the requirements, the gap between the toothed rollers should be stopped and adjusted (note that the two ends should be synchronized during adjustment, and the error of non-synchronization should be within the alignment range of the bearing to prevent the bearing or damage to other parts), to ensure accurate adjustment of the distance between the two toothed rollers.
10. Pay attention to check the wear degree of the tooth plate. When the tooth plate cannot reach the discharge particle size after wear, the tooth plate should be replaced in time. Replacement method: Open the inspection doors on both sides of the equipment, remove the fixing bolts at both ends of the roller, punch out the fixed oblique keys between the base plate and the toothed plate, and take out the toothed plates one by one to replace; The ends are fixed with bolts, and all bolts are tightened after a week of operation.
