Improve the balance accuracy of the rotor body: The rotor of the sand making machine has a large mass and a high rotation speed. The casting deviation of the rotor body and the quality deviation caused by the installation of the plate hammer will cause unbalanced centrifugal force when the rotor rotates. This centrifugal force causes the machine to vibrate forcibly, resulting in the destruction of bearings and other parts, so the rotor of the crusher must be balanced.
Choose a reasonable matching relationship: The rotor bearing of the sand making machine is mainly subjected to impact load when it is working, and the magnitude of the load on the rolling element is different.
